HILTON, Beverly Hills (2003–2007) | First in-house writer who led the content departments for Hilton Honors and The Hilton Family of Hotels including Hilton, Waldorf=Astoria, Conrad, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Hilton Grand Vacations. Developed strategy and wrote all aspects of print and online marketing collateral. Spearheaded creation of process flow documents and a 60-page style guide that ensured consistency of messaging.
